  1. An election of a Parish Councillor for Huish Episcopi Parish Council – Huish Episcopi Ward is to be held on Thursday 31 July 2025
  2. Nomination papers must be delivered Yeovil Library, King George Street, Yeovil BA20 1PY from 10:00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm and 4:00pm on any working day from Friday 27 June but no later than 4.00pm on Friday 4 July 2025.
  3. Nomination papers may be obtained from Yeovil Library, King George Street, Yeovil BA20 1PY from 10:00am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm and 4:00pm on any working day between Friday 27 June 2025 and Friday 4 July 2025.
  4. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 31 July 2025.
  5. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 15 July 2025. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
  6. New applications for, or amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendmentsor cancellations of existing proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by post at Electoral Services, County Hall, 2 The Crescent, Taunton, Somerset TA1 4DY , or by hand to Yeovil Library, King George Street, Yeovil BA20 1PY by 5.00pm on Wednesday 16 July 2025.
  7. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document validfor this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5.00pm on Wednesday 23 July 2025. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate.
  8. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by post at Electoral Services, County Hall, 2 The Crescent, Taunton, Somerset TA1 4DY, or by hand at Yeovil Library, King George Street, Yeovil BA20 1PY by 5.00pm on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.
  9. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by post at Electoral Services, County Hall, 2 The Crescent, Taunton, Somerset TA1 4DY, or by hand to Yeovil Library, King George Street, Yeovil BA20 1PY by 5.00pm. on Thursday, 31 July 2025
